E G Murray Insurance Services has successfully implementated our new end-to-end broking system - Acturis. Having went live on the system on the 8th June, it has transformed our operations, streamlining our business and administration processes.

The Acturis system has already delivered clear enhancements to our client service, having improved the format, content and the speed at which our brokers can deliver client reports.

The system enables us to effectively manage claims from notification through to there conclusion.

The fully integrated back office accounting suite and reporting module also gives us greater financial conrol over our business.

E G Murray Insurance Services has selected Acturis as its insurance broking IT platform. Our decision to seek a dedicated commercial broking system demonstrates our commitment to investing in technology and to servicing our commercial insurance clients.

Following a thorough evaluation of the market, we selected Acturis as our preferred trading and administration platform. Acturis is a high quality, leading edge underwriting and e-commerce platform with a reputation for innovation and excellence. With the implementation of the system well advanced, we are on track for a June launch.

This development will particularly benefit our diverse range of SME customers. The Acturis platform will give us the ability to quickly compare products from up to 27 specialist SME insurers across 20 classes of business and will enable account handlers to seamlessly manage the entire customer lifecycle from enquiry through to policy and subsequent renewal.
